I found my love for fitness after joining the army in 2006 and never looked back. Since then I have been on an incredible fitness journey of my own. I found a passion in bodybuilding particularly classic physique. When I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 I decided I needed to change my entire programming to follow more ” functional” fitness, it’s there I started crossfit. After 3 years of nothing but crossfit I really started to miss my bodybuilding roots and decided I wanted to compete. After leaving the army in 2012 is when I really started to teach other people the knowledge I had accumulated.  I have been training friend’s and family for a number of years and I really wanted to share my knowledge so I became a “legitimized” personal trainer I have the paper and everything! I love the fitness world and i’m always open to a different workout or trying new things. I’m just here to pass on what I have learned over the years.
